Mmmm! Stash Code (Digital Gift Card) Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and use of Mmmm! Stash Code (“Digital Card”). By purchasing or using a Stash Code, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purchase & Delivery
• Digital Cards are delivered electronically via email upon successful payment.
• You must provide a valid email address for delivery.
• Delivery date selection at checkout is for system purposes only; cards are issued immediately.
• If you do not receive your Digital Card, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting customer support.
3. Usage & Redemption
• Redeemable online at mmmm.com.sg and in-store at Velocity @ Novena Square, 238 Thomson Road, Singapore.
• May be used for multiple transactions until the balance is depleted.
• For purchases exceeding the balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
4. Stash Code Value, Currency, Pricing and Validity
The Mmmm Stash Code is a prepaid digital gift card available in the following packages:
All Mmmm Stash Code values and prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

The amount paid is the discounted purchase price of the Stash Code. Once issued, the customer will receive the full Stash Code value shown above to spend on eligible purchases at Mmmm.
For example, purchase an S$2,000 Stash Code for only S$1,600—that’s S$400 in savings.
The validity period begins on the date the Stash Code is issued. Any unused balance and associated discount benefit will expire at the end of the applicable validity period. Expired balances will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated, extended, exchanged for cash or transferred to another Stash Code, unless otherwise approved by Mmmm! at its sole discretion.
The customer is responsible for using the full Stash Code balance before its stated expiry date. The expiry date will be communicated when the Stash Code is issued.
5. Security & Responsibility
• Treat your Digital Card like cash; anyone with the code can use it.
• Mmmm! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized card usage.
6. Moints & Rewards
• Digital Cards can be purchased using Moints but do not earn additional Moints.
• Moints are earned when redeeming a Digital Card for qualifying purchases.
7. Refunds & Replacements
• Stash Code (Digital Cards) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Refunds automatically goes back to the same gift card balance.
8. Fraud & Misuse
Mmmm! reserves the right to cancel or refuse any card in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical error.
9. Changes to Terms
Mmmm! may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
