Mmmm! Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and use of Mmmm! Digital Gift Cards (“Digital Card”). By purchasing or using a Digital Card, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purchase & Delivery
• Digital Cards are delivered electronically via email upon successful payment.
• You must provide a valid email address for delivery.
• Delivery date selection at checkout is for system purposes only; cards are issued immediately.
• If you do not receive your Digital Card, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting customer support.
3. Usage & Redemption
• Redeemable online at mmmm.com.sg and in-store at Velocity @ Novena Square, 238 Thomson Road, Singapore.
• May be used for multiple transactions until the balance is depleted.
• For purchases exceeding the balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
4. Balance & Validity
• Balances are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
• To check your balance, visit mmmm.com.sg/pages/check-gift-card-balance.
• Any unused value after the validity period will be forfeited.
5. Security & Responsibility
• Treat your Digital Card like cash; anyone with the code can use it.
• Mmmm! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized card usage.
6. Moints & Rewards
• Digital Cards can be purchased using Moints but do not earn additional Moints.
• Moints are earned when redeeming a Digital Card for qualifying purchases.
7. Refunds & Replacements
• Digital Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Refunds automatically goes back to the same gift card balance.
8. Fraud & Misuse
Mmmm! reserves the right to cancel or refuse any card in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or technical error.
9. Changes to Terms
Mmmm! may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
