Delivery, Orders & Pickup

Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders over $100*, or a $20 fee will apply. The discount will be automatically applied during checkout.

Orders to Sentosa or Jurong Island will incur a $10 surcharge upon delivery.

*Please note that the delivery fee will not be waived as part of any ongoing promotion. If the order total falls below $100 due to any promotions/discounts, standard delivery fees will apply.

Yes! We offer self-pickup at either of our retail stores. Please choose the preferred store for pickup upon checkout.

Store Hours:
Monday - Sunday, 9:30 am to 9:30 pm.

Pickup hours:
Monday - Sunday, 12 pm to 8 pm.

Pickup cut-off time for order: 5 pm if you opt for next day pick-up.

You can easily place an order through our user-friendly online platform.

Simply browse our products here, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It's that simple!

We currently offer delivery nationwide (Singapore).

Additional surcharge of $10 applies when delivering to Jurong Island, or Sentosa.

Our delivery hours range from 10 am to 6 pm on your selected date. Customers must ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address.

In the event of no availability, Mmmm! will contact you and reschedule a delivery, with an additional fee.

Yes, we accommodate bulk orders for businesses, events, and special occasions.

Exchange & Returns

If any of the following situations occur:

  • A product is delivered in a damaged condition.
  • A product is found to be out-of-date or expired.
  • An ordered product is missing from the delivery.
  • The wrong product is delivered.

Missing, wrong or damaged items must be declared within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

All products must be in sealed and unopened condition.

Mmmm! will either provide a refund for the value of the product or replacement.

If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not allow cancellation of orders at this moment.

Membership

You can sign up for your membership by clicking the rewards icon on the bottom left of the website.

As a welcome bonus for new registrations, we'll provide you with 200 Moints ($2) to kick-start your journey!

"Moints" are essentially loyalty points that we extend to our customers for their purchases.

Please note that while we are in the process of developing our in-store POS system, "Moints" are not yet available for in-store transactions.

For more information, click the rewards icon on the bottom left of the website.

Currently, Moints are only available for online orders (both earning and redeeming).

Don't worry, as we're currently enhancing our point-of-sale (POS) system in our retail outlets, enabling you to soon earn/redeem your Moints directly in-store!

You and your referred friends & family members will both received a $3 discount.

  1. Register as a member to participate.
  2. Click on the "Rewards" tab located at the bottom right corner.
  3. Copy the URL link provided and share it with your friends and family members.
  4. Once they click on the URL link, they will be asked to enter their email address.
  5. They will then receive a coupon code via email.
  6. To activate your reward, they must make a purchase.
  7. Once their purchase is complete, you will receive your reward.

Your Moints will expire after a period of 6 months if there is no activity in terms of earning or spending Moints.

Regrettably, expired Moints cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
