Our delivery hours are from 10 am to 9 pm on the selected date. Please ensure someone is available at the specified delivery address during this time.

We highly recommend scheduling your delivery for the day before your event or party, as we cannot provide specific delivery times due to our external delivery vendor's routing. While we can indicate your preferred delivery time to the vendor, we cannot guarantee it.

In the event of no availability, Mmmm! will contact you and reschedule a delivery, with an additional fee.

Next day delivery cut-off time: 12 pm.

We offer self-pickup at our retail stores. Please choose the store pickup option upon checkout.

Pickup cut-off time for order: 2 pm if you opt for next day pick-up.

(i) If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be out of date, or if a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Mmmm! Singapore shall either refund to the customer the value of that product, or replace the product.

(ii) If any product which was not included in the customer's order is delivered to the customer by mistake, Mmmm! Singapore reserves the right to collect the wrong product. Refunds shall be made by way of cheque payment which shall be mailed to the customer.

(iii) Returns are only applicable within 24 hours of successful delivery.

(iv) Refunds will be made through the same payment method.
