Peeled Stretched Prawn のばし海老

Nobashi Ebi (のばし海老) are peeled prawns that have been carefully stretched so they stay long and straight when cooked — the secret behind picture-perfect tempura and restaurant-style ebi fry.

Coat in tempura batter or panko and fry until golden, or grill on skewers. Sweet, tender and tidy on the plate every time.

Storage: Keep frozen. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
