P'tits Oignons Blancs by Edmond Fallot — small white pickled onions from the renowned family moutarderie in Beaune, Burgundy, making artisanal products since 1840.
The onions are first preserved in a lightly sweetened brine, rinsed, then pickled in vinegar for a soft, mild and tender texture that soaks up the tang. Perfect on charcuterie and cheese boards, with pâté, in salads or as a classic cocktail garnish.
