Reheating Instruction for Whole Turkey :

Prep: Thaw the turkey for 1-2 days. Remove all packaging, put in room temperature for 30-60 min before roasting in oven.

Roasting pan/tray: Place the Turkey in a shallow tray/ pan with about 1-2 cm of water or apple juice, or broth in it. Cover the Turkey loosely with aluminum foil to trap moisture.

Heat: Pre heat oven at 160°C / 325°F. Put in the covered turkey. The duration of heating is dependent on the weight of the turkey. Heat till the internal temperature is at 60°C / 140°F.

Rule of Heating Turkey: 15 mins/kg  or 8 mins/ pound

Uncover & Baste: In the last 30 mins, uncover your turkey and heat, please baste your turkey with the drippings or butter towards the end.

Once done, let the turkey rest for 10 mins before slicing and serving. Enjoy Your Xmas Meal.
