Mmmm Famous Whole cured gammon ham,  bone-in and traditionally delicious. Juicy, rich, and perfect for your Christmas roast centerpiece.

Reheating Instruction:

Prep: Remove all packaging, put in room temperature for 30-60 min before roasting in oven.

Roasting pan/tray: Place the ham in a shallow tray/ pan with about 1 cm of water or apple juice, or broth in it. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil to trap moisture.

Heat: Pre heat oven at 160°C / 325°F. Put in the loosely covered ham. The duration of heating is dependent on the weight of the Ham. Heat till the internal temperature is at 60°C / 140°F

Rule of Heating: 20 mins/kg  or 10 mins/ pound

For Glazing (optional): please do in the last 15-30 mins . You can use our inhouse Pineapple sauce.

Once done, let the ham rest for 10-20 mins before slicing and serving.
