At Mmmm!, every Yakiniku and Shabu Shabu platter begins with fresh, chilled meat sourced and prepared by our butchers. We do not use previously frozen meat.

We usually fresh freeze the meats enough so that they can be expertly sliced, they stay** frozen** to preserve their peak freshness, maintain their beautiful presentation, and ensure the delicate slices stay intact during delivery. This allows you to enjoy restaurant-quality thinly sliced meat in the comfort of your home.

Our platters are Fresh Frozen, not made from frozen meat, preserving the quality, flavour, and texture of the meat from the moment it is prepared.

Storage & Serving Instructions

• Keep frozen upon receipt.
• For the best eating experience, consume within 5–7 days of receiving your platter.
• Before serving, thaw in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or leave at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, until the slices separate easily and are ready to cook.
