1.    Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and use of Mmmm! Grill Gift Card (Physical Gift Cards) (“Grill Gift Card”). By purchasing or using a Grill Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

2.    Purchase & Delivery
•    The Gourmet Pass is a physical card available for purchase in-store and online at mmmm.com.sg.
•    Cards purchased online will be shipped to the shipping address entered at checkout.
•    Each card is activated upon receipt by the recipient.

3.    Denominations & Discounts
Available in $50, $100, and $250 denominations.

4.    Usage & Redemption
•    Redeemable online at mmmm.com.sg or in-store at Velocity @ Novena Square, Singapore.
•    Can be used for multiple purchases until the value is fully spent.
•    If the purchase amount exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid with another payment method.

5.    Validity & Balance
•    Valid for 1 year from activation date.

6.    Security & Handling
•    Treat your card like cash; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
•    Mmmm! is not responsible for unauthorized use or damage to cards.

7.    Moints & Rewards
•    Grill Gift Card can be purchased using Moints.
•    Gift Card purchases do not earn Moints, but redemptions do.

8.    Refunds & Exchanges
•    Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
•    Items bought using theGrill Gift Card follow Mmmm!’s standard return policy; refunds are re-issued as Gift Card balance.

9.    Fraud, Errors & Misuse
Mmmm! reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel a card if misuse, fraud, or error is detected.

10.    Terms Updates
Mmmm! may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website.

11.    Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved under Singapore courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.
