2. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover tightly with foil.
3. Bake at 165 degrees for approx. 30 mins per kg of ham.
4. Heat ham to an internal temperature of 60 degrees, as measured with a meat thermometer.
