Our Mini Heritage Ham (~1.5kg) is carefully brined, gently smoked, and free from added hormones and antibiotics. It’s everything you love about a festive centrepiece, minus the bones and excess.
Ideal for couples, small families, or holiday gifting, this heritage-style ham is juicy, tender, and ready to cook or glaze. Slice cold for sandwiches, cube into pastas, or roast whole with your favourite glaze.

Reheating Instruction:
Prep: Remove all packaging, put in room temperature for 30-60 min before roasting in oven.
Roasting pan/tray: Place the ham in a shallow tray/ pan with about 1 cm of water or apple juice, or broth in it. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil to trap moisture.
Heat: Pre heat oven at 160°C / 325°F. Put in the loosely covered ham. The duration of heating is dependent on the weight of the Ham. Heat till the internal temperature is at 60°C / 140°F
Rule of Heating: 20 mins/kg or 10 mins/ pound
For Glazing (optional): please do in the last 15-30 mins .
Once done, let the ham rest for 10-20 mins before slicing and serving.
