Burrata Cheese

Experience the rich, creamy texture of That's Amore Creamy Burrata Cheese. Crafted using traditional Italian methods, this fresh cheese features a delicate outer shell of mozzarella encasing a luscious centre of stracciatella and cream.

Tear it open over ripe tomatoes with good olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, toss it through warm pasta, or set it in the middle of the table as a show-stopping starter.
