HOSO Tiger Prawns

Big, bold and BBQ-ready — our HOSO (Head-On, Shell-On) Tiger Prawns are jumbo prawns with firm, sweet meat under striking striped shells. Keeping the head and shell on locks in the natural juices and flavour.

Throw them straight on the grill with garlic butter, add them to a rich curry or stir-fry, or pile them high on a seafood platter. Save the heads and shells for an incredible prawn stock or prawn oil.

Storage: Keep chilled at 0–5°C and cook within 3 days of purchase. If not, freeze as early as possible.
