Acceptance of Deliveries

Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the order during the specified delivery time frame. The perishable nature of our product will not allow us to leave the product at your doorstep.
In the instance that no one is at home to receive the order, a notice with contact number will be left at your door, please call the number for re-delivery. Please note our contracted delivery driver is only available to wait a maximum of 5 minutes for your arrival.
Re-delivery fees will be charged accordingly.
All products are not refundable. For any disagreement on orders and deliveries you can call MMMM Online at 62683056 during office hour (Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Pricing Policy

The prices reflected on the website are strictly meant for purchases made online only and these prices may from time to time vary from those found at Mmmm! retail stores.
Prices are subjected to change at any time. Mmmm! will not entertain any request for refund / exchange based on such price discrepancies.
Mmmm! reserves the right to change the price and other details of the products without notice.
Discrepancies between the on-line bill or order price and the final bill may be due to out-of-stock products, substitutions, special offers, daily price changes and weighed items. Mmmm! reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the on-line bill or order price is presented or conveyed to the Customer and such adjustments shall be marked on the final bill presented to the Customer at the time of delivery.

Payment

Mmmm.com.sg only accepts Visa and Mastercard for online payment.
Mmmm.com.sg does not accept Cash on Delivery.

Variation/Cancellation of Order

The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Mmmm! has commenced processing the order and the Customer will not incur any cost in doing so on the same day of ordering before 3pm.
Customers must contact Mmmm! via telephone at  9712 0473 to cancel or change an order on the same day of ordering before 3pm.

Credit card payments will not be refundable. Mmmm! will be able to offer an exchange of the items of same value. Customer will have to top up any variance in pricing upon delivery. 

Subjected to the Customer's consent, Mmmm! may substitute a product for another similar product if the initial product ordered by the Customer is unavailable.
If there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made.

All product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Mmmm! reserves the right to change product images and specifications at any time without notice. Customers are advised to contact Mmmm! before purchase if there are specific request on the products before ordering. Mmmm! will not offer refund for change of mind.

Returns of Products/Refunds

Any discrepancies shall be dealt with in the following manner:
(a) if any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product proves to be out of date, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, MMMM shall either refund to the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
(b) If any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer by mistake, Mmmm! reserves the right to collect the wrong Product. Refunds shall be made by way of cheque payment which shall be mailed to the Customer.

Delivery Information

1. Mmmm! Online shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address provided by the customer upon order confirmation within the time frame selected by the Customer. Mmmm! shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Mmmm!.
2. Mmmm! delivers to Mainland Singapore and Sentosa. Additional charge of $10 is applicable for delivery to Sentosa Island and Jurong Island.
3. Free delivery is available for orders above $100. Mmmm! Members enjoys free delivery for orders above $80. Delivery charges at $20 is applicable for orders below $100.
4. Purchases are available for self-collection at retail outlets, between 10.30am-9.30pm.
5. Holidays order will have to be made 1 working day (before 12 noon) before the eve of holiday.
6. Delivery slots are subjected to availability. Mmmm! reserves the right to reject delivery request.
7. The Customer is to notify Mmmm! immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.
8. For food hygiene purposes, no deliveries shall be left outside the door. All deliveries shall be received and signed off by the Customer on the delivery notes.
9. The Customer shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorised to receive and pay for the order is present at the specified time of delivery at the Customer's address to receive and pay for the order. If no such person is present, Mmmm! shall attempt to make the delivery at another time but reserves the right to charge the Customer an extra re-delivery fee.
